As cities and economies reopened, it became increasingly important to continue the journey to social change, supporting each other with confidence and kindness. Think Social, presented by Just Gold CEO Kyriakos Gold, emphasised social procurement, connection, and ethical business. The inaugural episode featured guest speakers from the Victorian Government, Social Traders, B Corp, the Centre for Social Impact, and leading Victorian social enterprises. It underscored the importance of creating a more inclusive and equitable Australia by normalising purchases from social enterprises.
Hosted by Kyriakos Gold, this episode offered a facilitated conversation on Indigenous constitutional recognition and multiculturalism before the referendum campaign started. Featuring a panel of distinguished guests, the discussion delved into the implications of the then-upcoming referendum on an Indigenous Voice to Parliament and its significance for diverse communities. The episode explored various perspectives, discussing hopes, fears, and the potential impact of the referendum on Indigenous constitutional recognition.
Just Gold under Kyriakos Gold leadership presented the Multicultural Museum Trail under the banner “Think Culture”. This pioneering initiative in Australia connected Melbourne's six cultural museums through an innovative tour. The three-day event included the Museum Trail and concluded with a Q&A event at the Commons QV in Melbourne's Greek Quarter. Captured in front of a live audience and streamed across Just Gold's digital ecosystem, the event featured discussions on cultural representations in our multicultural society.
Think Greek 2, produced by Just Gold and hosted by Kyriakos Gold, was a 9-part docuseries that discussed the formation of Australia’s vibrant Greek Community. Following the series "Think Greek: Multicultural Lessons from the Greek Revolution of 1821," this season aimed to enlighten Greek Australians and the broader community about the origins of one of Melbourne's most vibrant communities. Filmed before a live audience in Melbourne, the series captured the essence of the Greek Australian community's formation and contributions to multicultural affairs.
'Think Pride', featuring guest speakers from the LGBTIQ+ community, discussed identity issues with an intersectional approach. A diverse panel lead by Kyriakos provided visibility to various ages and cultures, with a host leading a conversation that encouraged audience engagement through story-sharing and questions. The dialogue focused on challenging stigmas and unifying Victoria's LGBTIQ+ communities, empowering attendees and viewers with insights to reshape discussions on identity and inclusion. This event was recorded before a live audience and broadcast online for wider access.
Continuing the focus on LGBTIQ+ identity, the dialogue in this segment addressed the challenges and stigmas faced by Victoria's LGBTIQ+ communities. The aim was to empower and unify through insights that reshaped discussions on identity and inclusion, contributing to a broader understanding and acceptance of diverse identities.
